Bria Tizel

Bria is thrilled by the opportunity to take on the role of Social Media Manager for The Fifth Wall: Theatre Company. She is currently a grade 12 student at Kelowna Secondary School, who is passionate about storytelling both on stage and online. Bria is excited to join this incredible team and to help them promote the show. She is eager to use her creativity to highlight the hard work of the cast and crew while engaging the community in The Fifth Wall exciting production.

 

Bria’s love for the performing arts began at a young age when she took theatre classes and performed in musicals such as Mary Poppins Jr. and The Little Mermaid JR. Since then, she has always enjoyed attending live productions and supporting her friends who participate in them. Bria has been taking marketing classes to broaden her knowledge and is looking forward to putting her learning into practice. She hopes to continue combining her appreciation for the arts with her growing interest in marketing.

 

This company's focus on supporting youth mental health is significant to Bria. Having seen people close to her face these obstacles, this topic holds deep meaning for her. She believes that advocating for mental health is extremely important, especially for young people navigating life’s struggles. She is proud to be part of a company that takes action on mental health awareness in the community and is expressing empathy through art. Bria wants everyone to know nobody should have to face their challenges alone, help and hope is always within reach.
