What Are We Looking For?
Openness
Are open to any and all people. Holds no bias or adverse perspectives on any persons like or different than themselves. If any personal beliefs exist against any persons, these are kept only to themselves, and no actions are taken from these beliefs.
Resilience
Can rebound from critical feedback, long days, and arduous work. All of these will happen, so be ready. Overall, is resilient through hardships and rough patches of work and life.
Dedication
Is willing to remain focused and dedicated to the tasks at hand. There will be very long and tough days. This cannot come in the way of focus, and overall, the final product.
Creativity
Brings a creative and new perspective into problems and idea that may be faced in each new project. Does not allow wild ideas to be placed on the back burner just because they may seem out there.
